Restaurant General Managers are leaders, not bosses, guiding each Team Member through mentoring, training and performance management to achieve operation excellence.  General Managers are responsible for growing and driving restaurant profits through proper inventory/cash controls, marketing and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Kitchen Managers are responsible for all restaurant-related functions, systems and processes in the kitchen/back of the house. They are also accountable for the coaching, development, leadership, training and safety/security of the back-of-the-house Team Members.

Restaurant Managers will focus on building a strong team by helping Team Members to be the best they can be. We provide a dynamic, fast-paced working environment, where both hourly Team Members and Restaurant Managers are encouraged to thrive and grow.

Bar Managers are the Liquor, Beer and Wine experts in the restaurant. They create an atmosphere that builds excitement, generates energy and fun leading to highly trained and highly motivated Team Members who drive sales, and deliver on exceptional guest service creating life-long friends.  Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day shifts, being constant motivators and strategists, overseeing promotions, supervising bar product inventory, ordering and receiving shipments and taking charge of sales and cost at the bar.

Manager Qualifications

Logan’s Roadhouse is looking for experienced Restaurant Managers who know how to develop and build a strong team.

Managers need to:

  • Have 2+ years of retail management experience; with restaurant industry experience a plus
  • Have proven ability to motivate and encourage Team Members to deliver The Right Way to Roadhouse
  • Communicate effectively with our guests and fellow Team Members
