Don’t know how to Roadhouse yet? No sweat! That’s where the Logan’s Learning & Development Team comes in. We provide an engaging environment that encourages each of our Team Members to learn and master The Roadhouse.
Programs Currently Offered
- Onboarding Program: A weeklong new-hire learning & development program for hourly employees and managerial positions.
- Leadership Unplugged Program: A weeklong class in Nashville for the ongoing development of new managers.
- Leadership Encore Program: A three- to four-day workshop in Nashville to further develop new GMs.
- Leadership Headliner Program: A yearlong program dedicated to the development of potential multi-unit leaders.
- Raise the Bar: A program designed specifically for our mix masters, including Bar Essentials and Bar Standards of Excellence.
- Jam Sessions: Boot camp-style programs designed with specific focus areas in mind.
- eLearnings: Exciting online learning & development, including real-life simulations and fun learning games.
- New Multi-Unit Leadership Programs: Ongoing development for multi-unit leaders.
